Lunai Care subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Paddle.com (for web purchases). Refund policies and processes vary by platform.

Important Note: Lunai Care does not directly process refunds. All refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you made your purchase. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Refund Process by Platform

Apple App Store

If you purchased your Lunai Care subscription through the iOS app:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase
  3. Find your Lunai Care transaction
  4. Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason
  5. Submit your request

Review Time: Apple typically reviews refund requests within 48 hours.

Decision: Apple's decision is final. Lunai Care cannot override Apple's refund decisions.

Google Play Store

If you purchased your Lunai Care subscription through the Android app:

Within 48 hours of purchase:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select Lunai Care
  4. Tap Request a refund

After 48 hours:

  1. Go to Google Play refund request form
  2. Describe the issue and submit your request
  3. Google may contact Lunai Care for additional context

If denied: You can forward Google's denial email to info@lunai.care and we'll review your case.

Paddle.com (Web Purchases)

If you purchased your Lunai Care subscription through our website:

Refund Window: Paddle generally honors refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Important: Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

How to Cancel

Apple App Store:

  1. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  2. Select Lunai Care
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Google Play Store:

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select Lunai Care
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Paddle.com (Web):

  1. Log into your Lunai Care account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

After cancellation, you can continue using Lunai Care until the end of your current billing period.
